Returns & Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unworn and in the original box they arrived in. For shoes, the original shoe box is required. For testing the fit of shoes, customers should walk on clean floors or carpets to ensure that bottom sole scuffing has not occurred. Once purchased shoe soles are scuffed, a return is now permitted. Returns are at the expense of the purchaser. Once returns are received and inspected, a credit will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with our management.
Shipping:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our Louisiana or Indiana warehouses. Shipping and delivery times vary by location. Our standard shipping process is Standard USPS. Orders for less than $48.00 are charged a $7.00 shipping fee. Order $48.00 or more are shipped free. Additionally, customers may select UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for an additional $4.00 per order.
